Manuscript on paper, in a single hand, of Ormond's justification of his military actions and negotiations in Ireland in 1650 and his rebuttal to the "forgeries and calumnies" cast against him by Catholic bishops in August 1649. Includes copies of letters from Ormond and others documenting the events of those years.
